Podcasting

I have appeared on The Bear Pit Pod and Que Sera Qatar.

I am a co-host of The Bear Pit Pod, which is the podcast on The Bear Pit TV's YouTube channel.

The first two podcasts that went live on YouTube both gained over 600 views each.

The World Cup Que Sera Qatar podcast ran daily throughout the tournament. It was set up by our university lecturers to help students provide content from the biggest sporting event in the world straight from our TV studio in Preston, to viewers and listeners across both YouTube and Spotify.

I was a co-host leading the discussions on four occasions and a pundit offering insight on all the World Cup goings-on on three occasions. The podcasts were also featured alongside articles on the Lancashire Post.

I was co-host when former Premier League defender Clarke Carlisle guest-starred and offered his expertise, as well as when BBC Radio Lancashire's Andy Bayes joined us.

This experience helped me to broaden my journalistic experiences and made me more confident in myself in a presenting/hosting role.
